Sapa Heaven - Sapa Jade Hill

Phoenix is a fantastic host. She was super responsive and really on top of things when I needed her to resolve an issue during my last day. The location, though it is not right in the town center, offers the on-of-the-kind view of the valley. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. One more thing about the host - she is very helpful and honest. I asked her where to buy red reshi mushroom in Sapa because I see tons of them at Sapa market and tourist shops, but she told me I shouldn't bother because they don't have it in Sapa and the stuff I saw were all cheap fake stuff imported from China lol. I also booked a trekking tour through her which was actually cheaper than what I would have paid if I had booked online.

The location is perfect for Sapa with amazing views. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The villa itself was very clean and exactly what we expected.

Host Phoenix was very knowledgeable, had many taxi, driver, guide, even laundry options to connect us with. Allowed us early 11am check-in. Gave us good advice on money changing and tour options. Villa had a great view of Fansipan! Was next door to Sapa Jade Hill Resort where we could have breakfast without going into the town centre

Villa was run down. Flickering light in upstairs bedroom reported on first night but not fixed during our stay . Fridge not working. Door knob parts rattling not fixed. There is no onsite reception, that was unexpected. Quite a number of dusty surfaces.
