Modern property that is well laid out with quality fixtures.

Tile floors are very cold and only a light weight doona on the bed which required the constant use of aircon through a cold winter night.

The facilities were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. There was a kitchenette, so I could prepare my own meals when needed. The location was perfect for my stay. It felt private and safe.

The doona was not very thick so I had to leave the heater on at night for warmth which made me dehydrated. The chair wasn't very comfortable for watching television.

Was a comfortable stay. If staying for some time has a washing machine/ clothes dryer and cooking facilities.

Communication: I asked if I could book in an hour earlier 3pm, I received a response, “ Yes”. The evening before my stay I was told this was not possible until 5.30pm, as the cleaners would not finish until then. They did offer an alternative ( no furniture in another suite or a refund). No problem as I just needed to change and go to a wedding. Arrived and was not told that the address was now No.2 not 5. Left without getting changed. I retuned around 10.30 pm to my booked suite. Access information was not as described, but eventually found key.No bedside table and bed too big for space provided. Bath mat was wet? Kitchen sink was not clean.

We liked the property because it was very clean, well-organised. Everything was tidy and well-maintained.

When we were on our way to Canberra after a long drive, we received an SMS from the owner saying the check-in time was 8 pm. However, when we booked, I had requested an 8 am check-in and he had approved it. We also had the Booking.com confirmation clearly showing the same. When I spoke to him, it became clear he didn’t understand how the 24-hour clock works on Booking.com. After several conversations and explanations, he finally allowed us to check in at 11 am, but we still had to wait in the car for hours until the room was ready. He even forwarded a screenshot that clearly showed the time was for AM, not PM which I don’t think he realised. We were extremely tired after driving all the way from Melbourne, so this experience was very disappointing. .
