The property was so nice and spacious. Perfect for a big party of people. It was perfect for a stag/sten do. Everyone had a blast!

Location perfect and facilities brilliant for our large group. Having an en-suite with every room is perfect.
Bit of a fly problem but all precautions have been made to try and help - can’t really be helped!

The kitchen dining area works so well, we loved the additional games room, as unless I missed it we didn’t know was there. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the mesh for the windows is a great idea. There was a lot to like about Marshlands.
It was such lovely weather some lounge chairs would have been nice or more comfortable outside seating rather than just the bench. For the money paid complimentary toiletries would have been a nice addition. Maybe some coal for the BBQ to get you started, as we had to make a special trip out and we are quite away from any shops.

The spacious open plan ground floor with good kitchen and lovely dining table. Also loved the cosy feel of the sitting areas. Beautiful garden with outdoor seating and hot tub.
