Nice size and a fantastic location.
We had a minor issue with the heat not being turned on. It took a while to sort it, but the staff were responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. We also didn't like the process to return the damage deposit. Their initial communication about this payment was misleading and suggested a prompt return of the funds after checkout. After chasing them about this over a week after checkout, they admitted that this was not the case and that it could take several weeks to return the funds. Not the best example of proactive customer service.
