Purgatorio Terrace

Mostly I liked the apartment owner. He dropped bye (asked in advance) and we found him to be pleasant and concerned that we had everything we needed. Super pleasant guy. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the water ran hot, the sitting room was cozy, and the kitchen was functional and everything that should work did work including the washer that came in extremely useful..

I wished that I could have gotten in earlier than the normal check in time. I would gladly have paid for an entire day if I could have checked in when my flight arrived rather than the hard 1500 check in. The facility for a fee would allow check in 5 or 6 hours late but yet offers no ability to pay to check in 5 or 6 hours early. I realize that there may be logistical problems revolving around cleaning and making the accommodations guest ready. Given the location which is not easily accessible by most taxis and the fact that upon arrival guests are hauling a lot of luggage, getting in earlier if needed would be very, very helpful. My wife and I waited outside for more than 6 hours waiting for our hostess to arrive with the keys. This is less of a criticism than a suggestion for improvement. The property was always clear that their check in time was 1500 and never suggested that they could or would accommodate an earlier check in. The only other thing that presented some challenges is the location which again often means walking some distance as many Taxis cannot or will not drive through the narrow streets leading to the apartment.

The location of the property was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a 2 minute walk to the busier streets and so close to lots of excellent restaurants. It was also great for exploring further afield as it was still only a 30 minute walk to some of the other areas we visited and similar distance to train stations. We had everything we needed at the apartment and loved how authentic and rustic it was on the outside but the actual apartment was modern.

Ljuset i lägenheten, snyggt möblemang. Utsikten och genuina kvarter. Omsorg med fina saker och trivsel.

Altandörren gick inte att låsa inifrån, kändes otryggt som ensamboende. Det var stopp i handfatet. Fanns ingen fräsch espressobryggare. Toalettprodukter som bilden visar finns inte. Lite begagnade halvfulla produkter.

Beliggenhed er fantastisk, tæt på restauranter og shopping. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, og god med plads. Dejligt der er vaskemaskine og tørrestativ.

Airconditionen har virket rigtig dårligt, så vi fik en lille blæser til rådighed. Lejligheden er ikke særlig ren og køkken tingene var beskidte. Da vi ankommer er der en fæl lugt i soveværelset, dette er håndklæderne som skulle være rene, vi endte selv med at vaske dem så de kunne bruges. Værten var god til at kommunikere over whatsapp de første to dage, derefter ville hun ikke svare os. Der påpeges man selv skal komme af med sit affald, men dette er ikke muligt da der ikke er skraldespande i gården eller i nærheden. Det er umuligt at bruge terrassen mellem formiddag og aften grundet bagende sol og varme, da der ikke er parasol eller nogen form for afskygning. Der er skrevet på lejligheden at der er elevator, men der er trin forneden og halvanden plans trin foroven, dette kunne være rart at det var meldt ud.
