In the historic center, on the second floor of the beautiful and monumental 17th century Palazzo Filangieri, experience the true atmosphere of a beautiful Neapolitan house in an oasis of tranquility.
The apartment of 100 square meters, equipped with all comforts and fully equipped, offers up to 5 beds. The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the main monuments and sites of interest: the Sansevero Chapel, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, Underground Naples, San Lorenzo Maggiore, the National Archaeological Museum.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed; a large double bedroom; bathroom and kitchen, for a total of 5 beds.
The apartment, carefully furnished with antique pieces, has been restored to the last detail.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The house has air conditioning and an independent heating system. The building has an elevator.
Available for guests: free WI Fi, bed linen and towels, bath products, hairdryer, iron, television. If you need anything else, I live in the house next door.
Easily accessible (5 minutes walk from Piazza Dante metro station), the apartment is located in a strategic position for those who want to experience the real atmosphere of Naples and visit all the monuments of the city center with ease, and then return to the evening in an oasis of peace and tranquility.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the best spots. It is in a restricted car area for most of the day/night so we did have to walk a little with our luggage down the cobblestone streets when we arrived. But the taxi was able to pick us up early in the morning right at our location which was much better! Having a washer machine was perfect for us. Giulia was amazing! She helped coordinate all the taxis for us and was there to help us out with our travel when our ferry was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

Great place to stay-close to everything. Apartment was beautiful and host was very accessible. Really great to be in such an old building. Because it’s in the middle of the city it was very noisy. Otherwise was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great spot with so much history! The building is a destination in itself. Right beside all the action on the Main Street, but quiet enough at night. Great location for two adults and 3 kids. We walked everywhere. Apartment was immaculate and Giulia communicated very well and was a great host! Would love to come back again.

We stayed for 4 weeks for a working holiday and had a wonderful time. Giulia is a perfect host, always helpful, with lots of practical tips. Communication is always quick and easy. Napoli is fantastic and Giulia's appartement a great place to live, a calm island within in the heart of this vivid city. Many thanks again - we are looking forward to come back next year!
