Condotel Across Naia T3 at ONE PALM TREE VILLA CLUSTER B

It’s very near to NAIA T3, very convenient when traveling. it’s near to restaurants and meetup places for meetings. the property also has staff who are very friendly and accommodating. The property is also neat and tidy. It was a seamless experience from booking to communicating with owner and checking in. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff and I was led by the care taker (Belle) who’s also very warm and friendly. she showed me around the unit and made sure that I felt comfortable with the place. Her warm smile lit up the room 😊 the internet connection is also strong, perfect for my online work. Aircon and hot shower are also working well. The owner also provided drinking water.

Location across the street from Terminal 3 at Manila International Airport. a two minute walk from the "A+" hotels: Savoy, Sheraton, Marriott. Exciting street food along main shopping street. Watson Drug Store and Thai Massage open to Midnite. A 5 minute free Runway Walk above crazy airport traffic to Terminal 3 itself. Truly wonderful location

Difficult to find precise location as there is a Palm One and a Palm Two, look-alike condos on separate streets. My unit had a leak in the bathroom basin (wet floor); broken furniture; and broken towel hanging hooks in bathroom. Worst, is there were no sheets--just a thick white flurry mattress top attached by loops to the mattress itself, and a thin fleece blanket. I wonder how many bodies lay on top of this fuzzy thing. It felt uncomfortably unsanitary.
