Тhis is a 'self-help' facility where I stayed with a group of 10, sharing rooms. The EDEKA shop is next door and as from 7.00 AM you can buy all your breakfast necessities. The together preparing breakfast was good for the group building process! Public transport to the centre nearby, but it is also walkable.
I had problems opening the key safe: it is a bit 'wobbly'. Also we had 2 cars and the downstairs garage put his car on the reserved place and was reluctant to remove it ("there are other places available!").

Die Größe der Räume, das Esszimmer, dass es drei Toiletten und genug Handtücher und sogar Shampoo gab, dass man die Betten nicht abziehen und den Müll nicht runter bringen musste, dass die Duschen sauber waren, der schlichte Style der Einrichtung, die witzige „Aussicht“ ins Aquarium
Die fehlende Sauberkeit der Küche, es hätte ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa geben sollen, die Wände bräuchten einen Anstrich, der angegebene Parkplatz war nicht frei, man musste den Eingang suchen, es fehlte an größeren Tassen, Weingläsern und Schälchen (für Müsli z.B.), die Einschübe im Backofen sind kaputt, es hat in einigen Zimmern gezogen (und die Heizung hat‘s erst nicht geschafft, später ja)
