The host was friendly at arrival and helped us with laundry.

The whole apartment and the house smelled of a wet dog. The apartment was dirty: full of hair or fur, I had to wash the floors on the arrival and then we also asked for additional cleaning and towels replacement. Radiators were full of dust. The host asked for additional money when we were leaving because a friend of mine stayed with us - the host knew about it in advance and said that only local tax would be needed to pay, not confirming additional cost (the question was aked).
