Wish i could get my money back. Will never recommend this to anyone.

While booking we were shown the stay was with the hotel,when we reached the hotel they told us to go to another location for residency. The apartment was quite spacious,but the service was very poor,kitchen was dirty,there was no water bottles,upon asking the staff asked us to fill from the tap in the building. There were no toiletries in the washrooms (no dental kits,shampoos and there were not even any single soap in the washrooms). When we asked about the dental kits the only staff in the building,(which probably looked underage) said i will have to get it from the main hotel building which was 15 minutes away from our apartment building. Even he didnt come back for another hour so we had to purchase all that. Very poor service,will not recommend anyone to stay and ruin your trip. There were dead pigeons in the balcony also.

Excellent 3BHK Flat

I am Hena. We were 6 group of girls. So hotel was getting little expensive plus we all wanted to stay together and not in different rooms, so thought to take something like AirBnB. We came across a beautiful 3 BHK house by Royal Rawal. The flat which was provided to us was exceptionally good and clean. They thought of all the small things that are needed for the customers. The bed was too comfortable and spacious. There were 3 bath all were having hot water. It also had a huge kitchen with all the small things inside it. They had 2 halls with TV, and also a reception at ground floor which was just a call away for any of our needs. The service they gave was totally worth the price charged. We gave only rs. 3000 for 6 people. We will definitely look forward to coming here again.

Worked for a night

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. For a more "budget" accomodation, it was ok.

On the surface it looks fancy, but on closer inspection it is not. The shower shot water all over the bathroom, the power went out for almost 45 mins one evening, and the restaurant didn't have a large selection.
