Excellent stay with a couple nuances

Big apartment, cozy and clean. We received all insturctions about almost everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. A/C in every room, all necessary amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, spacious fridge, all kitchen appliances needed. Pleasant host.

The communication with the host could've been better. We arrived pretty late (after midnight) and didn't ask for parking in advance. I thought that "free parking" that is written in the description of the property somewhat means that it's on the premises or arranged. But I got no info about it. When I tried to call the host, they said not to contact them from 00 to 8am and put the car somewhere on the street. I did it and in the morning I received a fine for parking. There's a sign in Italian that parking is prohibited on Wednesdays, as they clean the street at that time. So if you have a car, pay attention to that. Also, too many fragrances in the apartment that caused allergy. The main light in the bedroom was unpredictable and switching off on its own for some reason.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in both Milan and Monza. The apartment was spotlessly clean, smelled wonderful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and felt very safe. The self check-in process was very easy, with plenty of clear instructions provided. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

"Ho soggiornato in questa casa per una notte, l'esperienza è stata impeccabile.La struttura è esattamente come nelle foto, se non meglio: pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è strategica, ideale per esplorare la zona ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e rilassante. Grazie all'host per la disponibilità e i preziosi consigli locali. Tornerò sicuramente! Buen sitio para conocer Milán y alrededores.

El piso tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar en 1 semana de vacaciones. El menaje del hogar muy completo. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. Además es muy amplio y todo exterior,con 2 terrazas estupendas. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de supermercados y autobuses que te llevan al centro o estación de trenes de Monza desde donde se puede ir al lago de Como, Milán, Verona,Bergamo,Venecia,etc... Es fácil aparcar en la zona. Muy recomendable. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
