2 nights in Milan
Brilliant staff. Beatrice and all the team were fantastic.
No tissues in the room. When I asked, we were told to use toilet roll instead. No milk for tea either. But the staff happily gave us milk each evening. We had to pay extra for some breakfast options like an omelette or even fresh juice. I expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel.

Very enjoyable and comfortable
The room was comfortable , clean and well look after. Breakfast was very nice a choice of buffet and a new a la carte menu very enjoyable Did not need the parking.
All was good i have being going there for the last 7 years and i am completely satisfied.

Great hotel in Bresso which I would book without hesitation. Public transportation to Milan is great!
Very clean hotel, comfortable, staff was very receptive, friendly and helpful. Oriana who is at the front desk was especially kind, we arrived a little early but as the room was almost ready, prepared an espresso for us while we waited to go to our room. A small gesture but very much appreciated after a long flight and drive. The hotel was nice, the room very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Toiletries and even slippers provided! Breakfast was great with many choices. There is a very nice terrace where one can enjoy drinks when the weather permits. Great that we were able to park our car with no worries. Used public transportation to visit the centre of Milan. Tickets can be bought at a little shop nearby.

+ The staff was really nice, thank you to all of you + The underground parking is cheap and great + The breakfast was ok, vegetables are missing + The room was ok in terms of design + The location is quiet and safe, but quite far from things if you plan to walk
- Things were falling in the room and bathroom, the items chosen were of poor quality, but they were being renovated - The air conditioning was not working properly, we had to open the window to let in some cooler air

Nice hotel with excellent customer focused staff.
Nice modern facilities with an excellent courtyard. The staff made our entire stay a delight. Always helpful and responded fast to all our questions, both prior to the stay and during the stay.
