The place is located inside a safe estate very close to the beach. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Indian Ocean. The hosts were very helpful and provided great instructions online. It is a traditional, old-style beach house, so while it isn't fancy, it was perfect for our family's short stay. Having only one TV in the living room was fine for watching shows together at night. The internet speed was also very good.
A few suggestions to make it even better: a tumble dryer would be very helpful for families with kids, and some fans in the bedrooms would be great as the house gets a bit warm at night with the windows closed. We also noticed the fridge was freezing food and didn't have an adjustment knob available. These were just minor things, however, and didn't take away from our overall very positive experience!

Le Petit Cottage is absolutely wonderful! What a gem! We so enjoyed our stay there that we ended up booking an extra night. There's an awesome huge indoor fireplace which is perfect for chilly days. It's also just a short walk from the beach. We will definitely visit again!
The main bedroom only has a double bed which we found just too small for two adults. I would recommend bigger beds and bath sheets instead of small bath towels.
