The house was wonderful, clean, and well organized. The owners sent us the instructions before we arrived and were attentive whenever we needed anything. The yard is huge and beautiful, and although the location may seem far from the tourist attractions, you can reach them with a 15–20 minute walk or by taking the bus right in front of the villa.

The stay was pleasant and without any issues.

Great location. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable living area. Easy walk to city centre. Street parking. Snacks available on arrival with lots of bottled water. Nice garden.

We booked this place as the description stated that it had 3 bedrooms, one of which had twin beds. This is not the case which meant that one of our party had to sleep on the couch. This is what we wanted to avoid when booking a place in Pisa and was the reason we chose this property. When I messaged the owner she said that a previous guest had broken one of the single beds and that they replaced it with a double bed. She also said that they would not be able to provide an additional mattress or fold out bed. She also said that she would adjust the listing immediately which at the time of writing my review 2 weeks later, has not been done. This apartment only has 3 beds not 4. The shower is located off of the living room and is more like a shower in a cupboard.
