The property was perfect. Spotlessly clean and every detail thought of! It is perfectly located in Richmond and so an easy drive into Nelson city, or out to Mapua or Motueka. Super friendly host.

Parking was in front of the unit and there is space for more than one car. Everything was clean and well maintained. The whole complex, which seems to be mostly permanents, was quiet and securely behind gates that needed a code to unlock them. The owner was there when we arrived and was very helpful. The positives outweighed the negatives. Easy to drive to where we wanted.
The bathroom contained modern facilities but it was small and rather cramped. Drying after a shower was easier in the main room rather than in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but there was not much room on either side of it so dressing was done in the main room.

Alles war sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Der angrenzende Patio sah auch top aus, den haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Der Parkplatz ist praktischerweise gleich vor der Unterkunft gelegen. Der Informationsaustausch mit der Vermieterin verlief problemlos über eMail. Darüber hinaus war sie sehr bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit verläuft. Vielen Dank!
