Great location and good value
Disappointed there was not a bbq. Pool not heated. The stairs could be an issue but location and value made up for it

Nice patio and single parking spot. Pool was cold (as to be expected in Feb) but worked for a cold plunge. Communication was excellent… it isn’t a bot texting you!
Inability to leave out the back gate. Minor inconvenience to load the car and the go through the condo and around after locking the front door.
