City Center 4 people King Bed, near Switzerland, G'ermany, Near Airport, Free Parking

A lovely little apartment with everything that you could need.

The access on arrival wasn’t clear and I needed to phone the host. The key box was too well hidden and there could have been clearer instructions sent via a message.

Coffee bean machine Kitchen with lots of utensils Washing machine & dryer Lots of bottled water and toilet rolls

Not the best location. We didn’t feel safe at night wandering around the area or returning to the apartment after a day/night out The toilet is separated by just a dirty net curtain. The bedroom is very cramped with not much room to put your clothes Electric extension leads everywhere. Couldn’t find a single wall socket that we could use. Everything had to be plugged into an extension lead, which our adapters wouldn’t fit in to. Some of the extension leads did have USB sockets, so we could at least, charge our phones. Few suitable dining and drinking options in the area Noisy at night - can hear planes, trains, people outside (despite the apartment being located at the back of the block). On the first floor - can hear people walking up the stairs. A noisy family live in the flat above. If you are relying on public transport, stay on the Swiss side of the border. You should receive the Basel pass which will give you free public transport around Basel. The Swiss public transport system is amazing.
