Great location on the beach. Lots of street parking, at least in winter months. Nice kitchen. Good view from both floors.

We absolutely loved staying here when visiting family who live in Parklands. It has a small front yard with two levels and is very spacious. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with a very nice, large bathroom (with a bidet) and lovely sitting area and very comfortable mattress. The upstairs was so nice for having coffee and tea and looking out at the beautiful view of the waves of New Brighton Beach. It has a full kitchen, though we only used it for a snacks and drinks, but everything looked new and like there is enough cookware to make meals. My husband loved having his own upstairs bathroom with a bidet. There is also an all in one washing machine and dryer! Every morning there is a very popular coffee cart right across the street. It’s pretty close to the pier, grocery store and some restaurants. When we are able to come back to New Zealand, we definitely will first try to stay here again!
