Clean, bright, and airy split-level condo located at the Nevada base of Heavenly Mountain Resort. Steps away from Stagecoach chairlift and Ski Lodge, as well as the Tahoe Rim Trail and Van Sickle Trail. Located in Tahoe Summit Village, three bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs with a full bathroom on each level.
This is a spacious split-level condo with an open floor plan.
The Tahoe Rim Trail is located right outside the front door. The free Tahoe Transit No.22 bus stops across the street and takes you down to Stateline and Heavenly Village or shuttles you back up from the Van Sickle Trail. Condo elevation ~7,450 feet
Zephyr Cove Beach and other south and east lake beaches are 15-20 minutes' drive away, as is Edgewood Golf Course and the new Tahoe Blue Event Center.
* Please note: This condo is not handicap accessible at this time. Stairs are required for condo access.

The condo met our needs almost perfectly. There’s plenty of kitchen amenities and beds. The stairs were a considered by all to be a workout and besides the initial and departing were fine. The first night was hot but the next couple nights cooled off. Short distance to Fox and the Hound which was awesome.
