The views were excellent. It was nice to have a spacious place to relax with family and the hot tub was a bonus. Other amenities were nice too: washer, dryer, dishwasher, jetted tub. We also were pleased that pets were allowed.
There were so many stairs and no handrails at times on them which felt dangerous. Parking was difficult. With 10 adults 2 parking spaces seemed too few and then the first overflow parking was unavailable/under construction and then the second was being paved and closed except to residents and bulldozers blocked the way. Also there were smaller issues: door handle to master bathroom broken, door alarm went off several times indiscriminately and we had to run down to stop it. No drapes/shades meant at first light we were awake. Also, the vacuum wasn’t very effective. I used it twice to pick up dog hair and the broom but the vacuum wouldn’t tilt properly and the broom was past due so we ended up getting charged for pet hair which was a bit frustrating.
