About this house rental
As you arrive, you'll appreciate the convenience of the ground level, which includes a covered carport, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, and both charcoal and gas grills for all your cookout needs. The beautifully landscaped yard provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Upon entering the foyer, you'll find the washer and dryer easily accessible for your use before heading up to the first floor.
Level one is home to three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom -- located on the street side -- features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck, with a hall bathroom that includes a tub and shower nearby. The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, and a full private bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and a stand-up shower for a touch of luxury. The third bedroom -- also oceanfront -- has a king bed and a TV, utilizing the same hall bathroom.
The middle level is where the main living area comes alive. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring updated countertops, cabinets, a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, water softener, ice maker, and refrigerator, along with a wine and drink cooler for your favorite beverages. Enjoy meals in the dining area, which seats eight at the dining table and six at the kitchen bar. Afterward, unwind in the living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and a 60-inch 4K UHD Smart TV. Absolutely fantastic stay! The weather was great, direct beach access was awesome, and the house was wonderfully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and appliances.
