Nestled in the heart of Husum’s most beautiful historic alleyway is the landmark-protected apartment building “Theodor-Storm.” The “Pole Poppenspäler” apartment accommodates up to 2 people and offers a direct view of the Theodor-Storm House, where the poet lived from 1866 to 1880.
The Location
This high-quality, fully furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the “Theodor-Storm” apartment building, right in Husum’s Old Town, along the picturesque, cobblestone-paved Husumer Wasserreihe. The nearest restaurants and cafés, as well as the harbor, are only about 40 m away. Husum’s city center and the train station are also within easy walking distance.
Amenities
The vacation apartment, with approximately 40 square meters of living space, has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. Tasteful living room with two cozy armchairs and a flat-screen TV; dining area with 2 bar stools; comfortably furnished, open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200).

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We’re happy to provide free Wi-Fi. The apartment includes an outdoor terrace for shared use.
You can park your car in a free public parking lot or in the nearby harbor parking garage (for a fee).
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional services.
This apartment can be booked for a minimum stay of one month. A 14-day mid-stay cleaning service is mandatory.
A security deposit of 300 € is required.

The check-in process was wonderful, and the house was exceptionally clean. The only minor issue was that the shower makes a loud mechanical noise after a certain time at night, which made me worry about disturbing the neighbors. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home!
