About this apartment rental
Located in central Paris, rue Saint Antoine. Within easy walking distance or by public transport to the different spots of the Olympic Games. Bastille metro station: 5 minutes' walk and 400 meters. Métro Saint-Paul: 3 minutes' walk and 300 meters. Les Berges de Seine (Seine): 8 minutes' walk and 500 meters.
2-STOREY APARTMENT WITH INTERIOR STAIRCASE
- Ground floor: kitchen, living room (TV Netflix Disney Playstation), bathroom with bath and toilet, private terrace in the building's garden.
- Ground floor: bedroom 1 (double bed 140 cm x 200 cm)
- 1st floor: bedroom 2 (double bed 140 cm x 200 cm), bathroom with bath and toilet, music area with electric drums and amp.
INTERIOR STAIRCASE AND 2 ENTRANCE DOORS
An internal staircase leads from one floor to the next. For greater independence, there are 2 entrance doors, one on the first floor and one on the 1st floor leading to the bedroom. This means you can entertain during the day on the first floor and still enjoy privacy as the bedrooms are upstairs.
VERY QUIET COURTYARD
All windows overlook the building's garden, except bedroom 2, which opens onto a small terrace overlooking another courtyard. The walls of the apartment are made of large 17th-century Marais stone. The apartment is very cool in summer.

In the courtyard, in front of the windows of the ground-floor apartment, there's a private terrace with a table and chairs for enjoying the building's garden.

Location was perfect. Hosts were very helpful and delightful. Beautiful flat in amazing surroundings. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the location of this Marais apartment, as well as our welcoming host. After booking, we were sent detailed videos explaining access and all aspects of the apartment. Very helpful! Plus, our host met us there to make sure any questions were answered. He was always available by text as well. It was so nice to come back to this peaceful oasis after each of our days in Paris. Everything looks very like the photos listed. The only issue to consider is the seating in the main room. The loveseat sized couch and two side chairs are very close to the ground. If these could be upgraded, especially for four people, this apartment would be indeed perfect!
