This beautifully situated, two-level stay offers all you need to feel right at home during your visit to the Mornington Peninsula, with generous indoor and outdoor areas ensuring plenty of space to relax and entertain. Near the entrance, there’s the downstairs living area complete with a fireplace, armchair and sofa, offering a cosy nook to curl up with a book on cooler evenings. A backyard and garden provide further options for outdoor recreation at this pet-friendly stay. Guests can also make use of the ping pong table found in the garage.
On the upper level, guests are greeted by the main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area featuring timber accents and earthy, natural furnishings, with a generous corner lounge and sofa inviting guests to kick back with a movie or take a leisurely afternoon nap. When you're not cafe-hopping along the foreshore, cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials, including a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave, as well as pots, pans and utensils. Choose to eat at the breakfast bar or at the eight-seater table, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. Glass doors open out to the expansive deck, complete with a hammock, four-seater table setting and sun loungers, offering the ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while you soak up views looking across the bay to Sorrento.
Three bedrooms sleep seven guests. Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a double and single combination bunk bed. They are served by a neat bathroom with a walk-in shower just off the laundry. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and is located upstairs. It has access to an ensuite offering a peaceful, leafy outlook which can be enjoyed while taking a soak in the bathtub.
Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer in the laundry, up to three parking spaces on the premises and free street parking 24/7.

McCrae Beach and Rosebud Beach are both located a five-minute drive away. The foreshore offers picnic areas and BBQ facilities as well as cafes and takeaway shops.
For an adventurous day out, head to Arthur's Seat Eagle. This state-of-the-art gondola glides high above the landscape, offering sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne. The base is less than five minutes' drive, and at the summit you can enjoy a coffee on the deck while you take in the sights.
Other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs, Sorrento, and the surrounding wineries.
