Check in fairly easy, although small confusion over how to enter the code! The property itself is understated from the outside, but in a great location. It could do with a couple of updates from an internal perspective, a few things were hanging off the wall, or a little tired looking, but otherwise quite a nice place. Slight issues with the WiFi being cut off halfway through our stay, but fixed quickly once the management were aware.

This home was clean and comfortable and located in an excellent and safe area - easy access to main roads and downtown Chicago travel. We were glad for this “find.”
