Very nice, spacious house. Neighborhood is quiet. The lot has a large pull through driveway. It was a great stay, close to Charleston.

Rooms were good! AC cranked. Great to be dog friendly. Great water pressure and the laundry units were great. We were really close to everything which was really convenient!

Place was perfect for a short weekend getaway. The 1 bathroom for the two couples wasn't an issue for us as we've traveled together often. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The weather was cold and rainy so we didn't get to take advantage of the backyard but looked like it would have been a great place to hang out in the evenings. Overall was a central location to everywhere we wanted to get to from Folly Beach, Wadmalaw Island and downtown. Propery was accessible to the wheelchair we needed to use on this trip as my wife had broken her foot a couple of weeks prior.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some issues worth noting. The house was mostly clean and decently stocked, and the host was very responsive and communicative, which we appreciated.However, there were food crumbs and raisins all over the pull-out couch, and sheets but no blankets were provided for it. When we arrive, two hours after the listed check-in time, someone was still at the house getting it ready, which felt unprofessional and left us feeling awkward. There was a large stack of the host’s packages in the middle of the living room. Also, the listing photos were quite misleading and appeared heavily edited. This place has potential, especially with a few improvements in cleanliness and accuracy of the listing.
