• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The apartment itself is a good size and has decent amenities, but that’s where the positives end.
The building is essentially a party spot and groups of boys allowed to come in and party all night. Despite the property advertising a noise detector, nothing was enforced. Every night there was screaming, shouting, and bottles being smashed. Impossible to .
On top of that, the apartment was dirty. There was no hoover provided, even after we requested one so we couldn’t clean the floors properly. For a self-catering stay, that’s unacceptable.
Overall, the management clearly doesn’t care about guests’ comfort or cleanliness. If you want rest, this is not the place.
Decide if the place is for families or drunk young travellers. Get a cleaner to do the cleaning once a day when they change the towels.
