This house is located in a peaceful Victoria Park neighborhood. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 4 min drive to Las Olas where you can enjoy the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Just 1.3 miles to the Central Forth Lauderdale Beach. Less than a mile to Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Dunkin and the Galleria shopping mall. Walking distance to Paradigm Cinemas, the different cuisine Restaurant and Razzleberry's Homemade Ice Cream.

Other things to note
NO SMOKING:
No smoking, waping, electronic cigarettes of any kind is permitted at the property or on the premises at any time. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a deduction of $1,000 from your security deposit.
NO EXTRA GUESTS: The maximum occupancy of the house is the number of guests on your reservation. Unreported guests/visitors will result in a $150 fee per day, per unreported guest, and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction without a refund.
NO PET: This house not accepting any pet due to not having professional cleaners to clean the unit. If you have service animal then you must communicate clearly with host in advance and agree to pay the pet cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be estimated after disclosing the pet bread and weight.
You are not allowed to leave service animal alone in the unit.
QUIET HOURS: City of Fort Lauderdale noise ordinance is 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to appropriate levels. Violation of this policy will result in a fee of up to $500 and possible removal from the premises without a refund.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in anytime at/after 4 pm, check out by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra fees. Late check out without prior approval will result in a fine up to a full day price.
DAMAGES: Guests agree to cover costs for any damages caused in the apartment during the reservation.
AIR CONDITIONER: Please don’t open windows while AC is on to avoid mold forming. If windows left open and the AC is on at the same time the guest may be charged for a violation of up to $500. Please keep AC thermostat between 72 and 83F
NO FLUSHING FEMMINES PRODUCT OR DISPOSAL WIPES: Please do not flush any feminine product, wipe ( including safe for flushing)
POOL HEATING: To heat the pool, there is a small additional fee of $200 per month
NO GLASS @POOL AREA: Please do not take any glass, bottle or fragile dish to the pool area. Any evidence of broken glass or bottles result to $1000 fine

This lovely little house has everything you need and the location is great: very central: 6-7 min drive to Los Olas bars, dining and shopping, 6-7 min drive to the beach, 6-7 min drive to Publix, CVS for essentials, a 15 min walk to the Jimmy Evert tennis centre - a great facility. And just walking around the neighborhood is so enjoyable. The house is spacious, with lots of light, the beds and bedding are exceptional, the kitchen is well equipped, I wish we could bring the shower home with us, the pool is great and the landlord/manager is caring, diligent, and a delight to deal with. We've done plenty of VRBOs. It doesn't get any better than this.
