You’re also close to lots of trails for snowshoeing a Nordic skiing and in the summer, hiking and mountain biking. It’s a great choice for you and your family and friends!
This premium 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is one of just two residences that share a single wall and a common driveway, offering the feel of a private single-family home with added privacy compared to a duplex or townhome. It easily accommodates groups of up to eight – and since two bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also great for two couples or families to share. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s also a flat-screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Just outside, there’s a large, tree-lined deck with nice seating options and a gas grill.
In the kitchen, you’ll find large counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s seating for up to eight at the dining table and two at the counter. Downstairs, there’s a family room with more seating, a large wet bar/counter area, and another gas fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV.
