Welcome to the Moulin du Calvaire farmhouse: 2 houses and a studio with outdoor circulation offer you a set without
comparison.
All located at the foot of a restored windmill (rented separately).
Between tradition and modernity, between sea and countryside, this place is ideal for reunions with family or group of friends. Beautiful spaces, large landscaped garden and more for an unforgettable stay.
The mill hovels consist of two houses and a studio.
The first house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room.
The second house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have mezzanines, private bathrooms, and the living room (possibility of making a fire in the fireplace during the winter).
At your disposal also a large landscaped garden with (non-exhaustive list):
- Barbecue
- brazier
- Sun loungers
- SUP paddle
- Outdoor playground: hut, zip line, climbing walls, trampoline
- Table tennis
You will have access to all the houses and the garden in a private way.
Passionate about the island, its history, its mills and this emblematic place, I will be happy to share with you its history and some of its secrets.
The mill is currently undergoing a restoration of its wings so that it can turn again and produce its electricity independently. You can follow the progress of the improvements on Insta #moulinducalvaire.
