very close to the airport, free ride to the airport early morning, very nice and friendly staff, free coffee and tea, very clean hotel and room

Location was fantastic for an early morning flight, & the manager offers a free airport shuttle which is SO helpful. Actually, he couldn’t have been more helpful; there was only a 5 bed room left which I booked but when we arrived the manager helped us find an available smaller room which saved us money & also opened up a bigger room for another family - thank you!! Also v comfortable beds, nice amenities & quiet.
The only thing to mention is the shower didn’t run warm for us - it may have just been our room, but worth noting as Guatemala City gets a little cold at night!

sheets were soft and beds were comfortable
There was no one in reception when I needed something from my stored luggage, shower was cold and breakfast was white sliced bread, fake cheese and served on throw away styrofoam plates and plastic.
