Pillows not very comfy , I had a stiff neck . Drains a bit smelly Television was not tuned in and though we tried we couldn’t do it , reported to Office with no joy

A comfortable apartment in a great location, with excellent views; and easily accessible (for me). The bed was comfortable and the shower great. I stayed well out of season (February) so it wasn't too noisy (apart from the builders totally renovating the restaurant below during the day). During high season I think it would probably be very noisy through to the early hours of the morning.

On arrival I received a 'cold' reception from the managing agents on my timely collection of the keys (as if they didn't want to be there and wished I wasn't either)! The apartment looked fine; but was extremely dirty, as if the floor hadn't been washed since the summer. I opened the fridge and it was totally covered in black mould and stank terrible (I immediately sent the agent photos who had it cleaned - but 24 hours later after I sent a prompt!). How the agents can justify the high cleaning cost is beyond me. The apartment was sparcely equipped, e.g. not even a corkscrew - in Spain???
