if you do not mind a windowless bedroom it is fine. We would not return.

False representation. In Booking it is stated the apartment has air condition – it does not. The apartment seemed to be some upgrade to a storage facility. The apartment is situated between two other units and has only one air direction. It is very narrow and long and there is only one big window in the entire apartment – at the far narrow side. There are no windows in the bed room nor in the shower room. In the bedroom there are only two small non-opening glass panes at the upper end of one wall facing the living room. Therefore, whenever there is light in the living room there is light in the bedroom. No fresh air in the bed room and no air conditioning. The parking place is adjacent to a wall and very narrow and hard to maneuver. In my view it will not fit a large SUV or even an estate car. We needed some 7-8 maneuvers to park in reverse which is the only way to drive out. The living room and kitchen are otherwise very nice and well equipped. The apartment is in the same corridor of the garbage room of the building. The corridor is smelly and not ventilated. We would not return to this apartment.

A clean and beautiful apartment
A beautiful and well-organized apartment. Houseshoes were provided at the entrance. There is a large bedroom with two beds (each 1.40m wide). We found the beds comfortable. There are two bathrooms: one large with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine, and a smaller guest bathroom with toilet and a sink. The kitchen had everything we needed (filter coffee maker with paper filters provided, plus a Nespresso-type capsule coffee maker). The balcony was quite nice. The whole apartment was extremely clean.
Finding the garage to park was a little confusing - maybe sharing the location on google maps would have made it easier. But overall the garage spot was very convenient to use.

Super Aufenthalt in moderner, sehr sauberer Ferienwohnung mit sympathischen Gastgebern
Wir waren für 2 Nächte zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Bahnhof kann in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig, modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der freundlichen Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Schlafsofa ist für Erwachsene bereits etwas durchgelegen. Die Platzverhältnisse in der Tiefgarage sind recht beengt, weshalb Geschick beim Einparken gefragt ist.

Gute, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral gelegen mit netter Gastgeberin!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat auch alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Bekannte vor Ort sind sehr nett und bemüht. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch gut.
Einen Nachteil hat die Wohnung: Es gibt nur im Wohnzimmer ein Fenster. Im Schlafzimmer und in den Bädern gibt es kein Fenster. Lüften ist echt schwierig, ganz besonders, wenn man da kocht. Da es keine richtigen Türen gibt, zieht es ins Schlafzimmer und man kann schlecht rauslüften. Es sind 2 Betten sind ziemlich klein, man kann sie schlecht als Doppelbett für 2 Erwachsene nutzen.

Sauber, modern, ideale Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Natalya war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Gegend.
Die Einstellhalle ist sehr eng und nicht sehr praktisch zum parkieren. Die Doppelbetten (beide in einem Raum) sind eher klein.

Ein schönes Appartement mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet.
1. Die Waschmaschine läuft, als wir die Wohnung betreten, die Tücher der letzten Gäste sind drin. Große Überraschung! 2. Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Der nächste gebührenfreie Parkplatz ist ca. 200 m entfernt. 3. Smart TV funktioniert nur mit WLAN, aber leider ist es mir nicht gelungen, das Smart TV mit WLAN zu verbinden.
