Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Man ist schnell in der City, oder auch am Deich, etc.. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl die Küche, als auch der Rest. Das große Bad ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die große Dachterrasse ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
