The property was very secure and we had access to the gym . Staff were very responsive.
At one time we didn’t have the access code for the security gate as it was after midnight , we had a difficulty getting through, however we managed to get ahold of a staff member and we were given the code. I understand that security guards were doing their job to protect the property .

It was central to where we wanted to be and the property was spacious and clean!
We visited in Winter. We would have appreciated having a heater the common area - the sitting area.

Best location, good layout. The house is clean. Overall atmosphere is ok.
There were no tissues, had to buy one myself. Some bedding may need replacement, although clean, but due to stubborn stain, wear and tear. A little TC, provision of basics, like tissues, dish soap would be appreciated.
