The owner was one of the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is close to Heathrow, there are a few little convenience shops near buy. It was a really hot few days but the room was provided with a fan.

The room was clean, and the lady who welcomed me was very kind and polite. She seemed to genuinely care and tried her best to make me feel comfortable.
I was really disappointed with this booking. The listing described it as a studio flat, but when I arrived, it turned out to be just a room in a shared property, not a private space as I expected. The kitchen was shared, and the bathroom was located next to another room where someone else was already living — something that was not mentioned clearly in the description.
To be fair, the room was clean and the lady managing the place was very kind and welcoming. But this was not the experience I booked or expected, and I left the property immediately. I had to book another place last-minute, which was stressful and expensive.
I won’t be using Booking.com again, as I no longer find it reliable. Listings should be 100% honest and transparent, especially when it comes to privacy and shared spaces.
