Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a estadia! A localização é excelente, de frente para o Parque Luiz, e atravessando o parque já se chega rapidamente à Ponte Hercílio Luz. O apartamento estava muito limpo, organizado e cheiroso quando chegamos, e o acesso foi super tranquilo, com todas as orientações enviadas previamente pelo anfitrião. Também conta com estacionamento para os hóspedes. O apartamento é muito completo e confortável, com duas Smart TVs, ar-condicionado na sala e no quarto, cama grande e confortável, cozinha equipada com geladeira, micro-ondas, air fryer e fogão elétrico, além de itens como ferro e tábua de passar, varal, roupas de cama e toalhas em ótimo estado. Ainda encontramos alguns mimos, como duas garrafinhas de água, sabonete e um material com dicas de passeios e informações locais. Foi uma estadia muito tranquila e certamente recomendamos para quem quiser passar alguns dias em Florianópolis!
