La comida es rica y el personal es amable. Se pueden guardar las maletas si se llega más temprano.
El tiempo de espera. Me ofrecieron una habitación con baño privado pero como demoré en responder quince minutos después, tuve que esperar una hora más. (Se me informó que serían 15 minutos adicionales). El recargo de Booking no se menciona en la página cuando se hace la reserva y eso puede ser molesto, (otros lugares lo colocan directamente) y se hace un cargo adicional por pagos con tarjeta que es extraño para un lugar tan central. Las habitaciones no están aisladas del sonido exterior y se escucha música fuerte todo el tiempo, sin contar con que el personal se habla a gritos.
