The Villa offers a lot a privacy and is spacious.
Every extra that I asked for was provided with no issue.
Easy access to the home with many basics needs.
We were missing some small things like: small cooking pans and access to the BBQ.

The cooker inside had not been cleaned , carpets were very worn in places , some furniture and decor in villa needs updating .
I cleaned the barbecue before I could use it .
Disappointed the family were not allowed to use the water park as we had booked through a third party? We explained we would pay but was not accepted in to the club house .
Beds and linen were beautiful clean and comfortable , dining table was very water marked and some chairs stained …not the usual standard I normally expect when I’ve rented a villa before in Florida …also, definitely more bathroom towels are needed .
