    I had a short stay of 2 nights with my husband. We stayed in Sotetsu hotel in tokyo before and we thought the hotel was good therefore we decided to try out the newly open one in Bangkok. Besides the hotel does not come with bathtub like how all japanese hotel usually does, the breakfast buffet was not that cheap yet the food variety is not that great. The grilled fish always not available and having to wait for at least 15-20mins for a refill of 4-8 pieces at a time which I personally thought it is not acceptable. There was water dripping in the breakfast place and I got so lucky that the water was dripped on my head haha, the staff who was standing there seeing what happen did not response in anyway nor any apologies. We experience this water dripping on both days of stay and it was not resolved. Our family who drove us to hotel and stay on for a night having to park his car there. The car antenna was disrupt the hotel automated parking system and the staff decided to remove it out without informing us before hand, however the antenna was in good condition. The room we were first assigned to was facing another building carpark which is stack 9-10. Any guest who prefer a better view should request to hotel for availability of other facing if you prefer to. The hotel manager was Pisanukorn was very helpful and friendly. We hope the overall service can still be improved and all future guest can have a better stay experience.

    Everything is so perfect. The hotel receptionists are so warm n sweet. Gym and Swimming Pool are nice and clean. If you need to do the laundry, there's only two laundry machine and two dryer machine in the hotel. It cost 60 THB and 80 THB per time, please prepare enough coin before laundry, you can change the coin with receptionist as well.

    This is our 1st time we stay in this hotel. Need to walk about 7-10 mins to Terminal 21 shopping mall and Suhkumit Metro . The hotel is clean, they provide 4 bottles of drinking water plus amenities. Staff are friendly and smiley.
