Location is excellent - close to Sienna. The pool was a God send in the crazy heat wave - lovely views over Tuscany Ample space. Large bedrooms.
We were there in a heat wave so suffered a bit at night. But rooms were ok. Thick walls. Well insolated. Keep the kitchen door open to get air cooler air through the house.
