I am extremely disappointed with this booking experience. My reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 6 years old). The hotel accepted the booking with these occupancy details. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room contains only one queen bed, and the hotel demanded additional payment for an extra bed for the children. This is completely unacceptable. If the room cannot reasonably accommodate the number of guests confirmed in the reservation, this should have been made clear before the booking was accepted. Accepting a reservation for a family of four and then charging extra upon arrival for basic sleeping arrangements is misleading and unfair. The hotel refused to provide an extra bed without additional charges, despite the children’s ages and the occupancy details being clearly stated during the booking process. I expect Agoda to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. Either the hotel should honor the confirmed reservation without additional charges for the children’s sleeping arrangement, or Agoda should compensate for the misleading booking information. This experience falls far below the standard of transparency and customer service I expect from both Agoda and the hotel.

We booked a family room for almost a week. The room is perfect for families. No uncomfortable sofa beds here, but our two kids had their own comfy beds and their own bathroom. This is really nice for families. The room had a luxury feel, spacious, and it also included a massive balcony with a view on the pool. I really loved the room, the air conditioning, the large bathroom and shower area. I felt so comfortable. My comments here are suggestions for the hotel management to consider in order to improve the overall service. There is a little “fridge” that is not a fridge. It would be helpful if this can cool our water and drinks. The staff are nice but our room was not serviced as we wish. We had to ask a number of times to get for instance the body gel or to vaccum the room. We stayed during mid June. It was strange that the pool closes at 18:00. The management should consider extending the time especially when the weather is nice to sit around the pool and for the kids to swim. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. We will come back!

I am a regular guest at this hotel, and every time I travel to Jordan, I choose to stay here. I have also recommended it many times to friends and family because my previous experiences had always been very positive. However, during my most recent stay, I had a very disappointing experience that I honestly did not expect and will not forget. I booked a premium room, which according to the photos on Agoda includes a large living room, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and had to leave at 8 AM the next morning, meaning I only had a few hours to rest. At check-in, I was given a small room with just a sofa, clearly not what I had booked. When I raised the issue and showed the photos, the staff denied any discrepancy instead of trying to resolve the situation. I was then asked to wait over 30 minutes to speak with a manager, with no response. Eventually, due to exhaustion, I went up to the room. At around 1:30 AM, I received a call offering to change rooms, but by then I had already showered and was too tired for the inconvenience. Additionally, the manager’s attitude was very unprofessional. The way he spoke made it seem like they were doing me a favor by offering the premium room, even though it was exactly what I had paid for. The next morning, the hotel director wanted to speak with me to address the issue, but I was in a hurry and had to leave. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering staying at this hotel again. If I do return, I will likely book the most basic room, as it seems that regardless of what you pay, you may end up receiving the same. A very disappointing experience from a hotel I used to trust.
