The access without a car was challenging.

L’appartamento è piccolino ma gode di tante comodità. Ha anche un box privato dove parcheggiare l’auto. La vista è stupenda e ne vale assolutamente la pena. Ho provato l’asciugacapelli e mi sono accorta che non funzionava, l’ho fatto presente mandando un messaggio e il problema è stato risolto immediatamente.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the unnecessary waste of time. A day before check-in, we were informed that we needed to go to the office to collect the keys, which we accepted calmly. However, to our surprise, when we arrived at the office, they told us that the keys were actually in a lockbox near the apartment. So basically, we went there just so they could take photos of our passports and collect a €6 tax. We traveled there with a train transfer, waited 1.5 hours for the train, and then had to wait another hour to get to the apartment. In my opinion, this was completely pointless and could have been avoided if they had given us the correct information from the beginning — instead of falsely stating the keys were in the office. If you are traveling without a car, I do not recommend this place due to the poor organization. As for the apartment itself — it was quite nice with a beautiful mountain view. However, the mattress could definitely be improved, as you can feel the springs.
