The owner wasn't in the property waiting for the gest. She never contacted me and I haven't her contact number. I was waiting 3 hours and struggling to find her..Without the help of neighbors I never could get inside the property.

Not much.

Como Apartment I was very disappointed by this stay. I saw that it was an apartment and I thought it was good value for two nights and so booked. Things became an irritation from the off with far too many messages about rules, regulations (check in times and registration) and info on how the how heating system and windows work. It was 27°C degrees in the day. When you’re travelling the last thing you want are constant long messages that you are ‘required’ to respond to or else you wont be able to check-in. If I didn’t send my documents at least the day prior to arrival I would not be able to check-in. The first check-in was also limited to a short window time ‘strictly’ between 18:00 until 21:00. “Hello Moritz the check out for tomorrow is 10 a.m. for you is ok or you want left the apartment before?” I mean jeez, check out at 10am ‘or before’ is too early too. This is clearly an attempt at hands off management of various properties where management staff are over stretched barely present. The apartment itself inside looked like a hardware store kitchen show room. It was on the ground floor in what looked like a converted shop. Consequently at street level had no privacy which the owner has tried to del with by using window sliding window covers which renders the space like a cave with minimal daylight. I don’t understand the concept of an apartment with a kitchen that has no cooking essentials like oils, sugar, salt etc. The guests would have to stock up on all these basics (like at home) in order to cook. Presumably shopping by car (see below). The atmosphere inside was not good. Very humid and stagnant. I asked about using the A/C and my response was this: “The a/c is to pay and is 10 euro for night more 50 euro the caution and if the control is ok, when you left the apartment we came back the 50 euro. But the a/c in the kitchen is broken and I'm waiting the tecnic that must arrive for this.. He is waiting the piece....

Very good

Excellent location of the apartments, there are several restaurants and places to eat nearby, there is also a shop at a distance of 1 km. The owner is very friendly and answered any questions. Inside the apartment is clean and tidy, there is also everything you need to cook at home.

A very loud hum from the boiler in the toilet, but with the door closed it is almost inaudible. It is also worth remembering that you need to pay extra for the use of air conditioning.

High expectations, poor result.

Big apartment, totally fine for 4 people (consider 2 couples) Nice kitchen, good equipped, big fridge. comport double bed, average sofa.

First we have to warn landlord about our arrival 30 min before. it wasn’t enough and we had to wait till landlord’s mother arrived to meet us. Not very friendly women, no English at all, a lot of papers to sing and quick introduction of apartments in Italian without taking off her shoes. Electricity also a problem: you can’t use both oven and kettle. Otherwise it’ll turned off completely. No idea where to park even a small car - If your rental car isn’t insured - you will stress a lot while parking.

Superb

It is a completely renovated and well equipped apartment in the small town just by the Como lake. The town has one of the very old medieval churches. The kitchen was very well equipped - had tea, coffee, Italian espresso machine where you boil your coffee on the stove. All was new and lovely. Owner of the apartment was super nice.

It was a ground floor with windows directly on the level of the street, so literally everyone could look in, if you put blinds then the light was not enough. The fold able sofa in the living room was not that comfortable for sleeping.

The location was fabulous, the apartment it so lovely, spacious, clean, modern and warm (February), then at the end of day the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. A good nights sleep sets you up to get the best from your stay. The host was so helpful which made my stay the most wonderful experience and more than I had dared hoped for.

Bed was comfortable, the area is safe & beautiful, dishes, micro-wave, refrigerator, washing machine. parking in front of the lodging is a little tricky - a small car & European driving skills would help :); excellent communication with hostess via Whatsapp. Thank you for a nice stay!

Really clean, well organised map with a lot of helpful information and the owner is super nice. The location is also really good, close to the lake and nice restaurants and cafes.

Since the apartment is on the ground floor, everyone walking past (not super busy but there are people) can look inside if you don't keep all the windows shut with black curtains. So it is kind of dark and you need to turn on the lights even though it's light outside.

Die Lage ist super, zentral und ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Parken war im Oktober kein Problem.

Gravedona ist ein guter Standort, um den Comer See zu erkunden

Lage mitten im "alten" Gravedona hatte was. Zum Glück ist mein Mann ein sehr guter Autofahrer, der unser großes Auto gut durch die engen Gassen manövrieren konnte!

Die Rollos am Fenster oben waren etwas schwierig zu bedienen für mich als kleine Person. Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern ist sehr hell, was einerseits gut ist, aber abends leider keine Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach super. Zum See waren es 5min Fußweg. Sie war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet, alles nötige war vorhanden.

Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu weich und auch zu klein zu dritt. Aber dass ist individuell und war nur unser empfinden.

È stato tutto perfetto, volendo proprio trovare qualcosa per riempire la casella del"cosa non ti è piaciuto",direi che le tendine oscuranti sono perfette e gradite,ma una tenda tradizionale supplementare che lasci passare la luce impedendo la visuale dall'esterno porterebbe alla perfezione: l'unico difetto dell'appartamento, volendo trovarne uno, è che è poco luminoso.

Piacevole

Mi complimento con la Sig.ra Melissa, la proprietaria. E’ stata sempre molto cortese, premurosa e precisa nelle indicazioni. L'appartamento era molto confortevole, pulito e silenzioso, moderno e curato nei particolari con tutto l'occorrente sia in cucina sia in bagno. Dispone di un letto a due piazze, comodo. Ma anche il divano letto in soggiorno è all’altezza. Vi sono ben due TV, a schermo piatto, l’uno in camera da letto l’altro in soggiorno-cucina, ed una rete WiFi efficiente. E’ situato nel centro storico del paese, vicino al castello e a due passi dal lungolago. Molto suggestivo che accanto si trovi anche la casa dove ha soggiornato Alessandro Volta. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento. Angelo

Segnalo solo un po’ limitate le possibilità di parcheggio e non agevole l’immissione sulla strada statale dal vicolo dell’appartamento quando c’è traffico. Ma problemi ovviabili.
