    I forgot my belongings on a bench in front of the hotel. I had another bus to catch shortly after, so I couldn’t go back to the hotel myself. Luckily, the staff were very helpful. They kept my belongings for me and gave them to a Grab Express driver to be delivered as requested through chat. I received them before my bus left Ho Chi Minh City. Choosing this hotel was the right decision.

    Wouldnt say the best experience, staff are quite fierce. Although Agoda said it is free mineral water, they wanted to charged us until we show them the agoda advertisment. Since we are staying here for 1 week, requested extra card key so that we can leave the fridge on when we went on to keep our fruits. The staff inform us the fridge is always on when we pull out the room card key. And didnt give us an extra card key. To our disappointment, the fridge was off, and our fruits all spoilt..
