Tâm Tín Hotel

This is the second time that I have stayed in a superior room at this hotel. The first time was very good, a big room with a small balcony and large window. However, this time I would not have classes the room as superior. It was decidedly smaller and yes it did have widow that looked straight into someone's else house so I had the curtain closed all the time. No point in having a window at all! There was a problem with the AC unit which was located right above the TV. It dripped water which to me posed a potential fire hazard if the water got inside the TV. I had out my clothes on the shelf below the TV so the following morning they were all wet through! This was highlighted to the staff and I can only hope that they rectify this issue as a matter of urgency! There was no offer of a refund or compensation. Agoda also states that there is free coffee and tea here .This is no true. There is a kettle and two glasses in the room and that's it. Cold drinks can be purchased at reception and hot drinks from the cafe across the road. Future guests are advised to bring their own coffee etc, and maybe a cup. The staff are friendlyband do try to be helpful, however I feel that they are possibly restricted in what they can do by the hotel owner.
