The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real. Parking was probably the worst part as it took about 1 hr after arriving to find a spot. Thankfully I didnt have to move my car for 2 days otherwise it would have been awful. We ended up walking around 12 miles to get to places. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a cozy place to stay for the weekend as parking is free in most spots Friday 6pm to monday 6am. We had 1 issue which was with our door lock but they fixed it pretty quickly so it was a great and quick response on there part. If your on the fence about this place dont worry they'll take care of you. Its probably the cheapest option in Seattle and one of the best minimalist options.

The place was really nice and clean! It had an outside balcony with a little view of the city, super cozy vibes!

First off it’s 4/5 steep flights of stairs. It’s like a college dormitory. Your staying with a whole home of random people. You don’t know this until you show up as they do not tell you in the description it’s a shared home. The description literally says entire apartment, but in fact it’s a room. My room had a connected bathroom, but the other rooms had restrooms outside of the room. Everyone I spoke too was not informed that it was a shared property. Everyone was pretty disappointed especially having to walk up the stairs with our luggage without warning. They would not issue a refund or apologize for the INCORRECT and MISLEADING description. Do not book if you are looking for privacy, can’t walk up a ton of stairs, or if being around strangers is triggering for you. I had to sleep with a trash can in front of my door because I was scared someone would break into my room.

Nice small bedroom but not very much space. This rooms will be for like 1-2 days max for a couple . If going by your self good place for 1 person. Also being on top floor it was hard to get the room cold. They had a small fan but didn’t do much. Opening window will help a little depending on the wind direction. Also tub was very slippery when showering not really safe for anyone, I almost Fell Twice! I do recommend pack light for anyone staying here. Carrying luggage up the stairs not fun. Bed was very comfortable and blankets were perfect. Also having a small fridge was 10/10 for water and fruit.

When we got to the property we've seen that it was on the 4th floor with no elevators we were there for a medical emergency that made it impossible to navigate the stairs and this property owner refused to give us a refund we will never use this property manager or any of the people involved with this property again. we lost a ton of money. We could not even use the property. It was medically impossible. On top of all that I had email after email telling me that I had to pre-register for weeks in advance. I understand now that that was because they wanted me to sign the lease so that they could take my money.

Is a good option when visiting Seattle for its location and balance between cost and benefit

Bed was comfortable and neighborhood is beautiful with good walkability. The property is a modern dense infill double town house in an upscale established neighborhood of estately homes. I was not clear from the posting that it is a stearyl small dorm room style and that post of the photos are of shared spaces. The post also said plenty of street parking but doesn't mention that it is 2 hour parking if you can find a space. There is no fan or air conditioning and only one window opens; it was quite hot on the one muggy day. The property is in a flight pattern so you will need the provided ear plugs. There was rancid garbage left piled in the first floor shared kitchen where the smell reached the 4th floor. Check out is quite early at 10AM.

This was not a hotel. It was more like a hostel but not advertised as such. No air conditioning.
