About this house rental
A break in the "green" in a country house with an atypical style and all modern comforts. Bike rides and visits to the castles of the Loir are on the program... Welcome home!
Our house and its outbuilding allow for multiple combinations.
The main house is offered here: country house with a lot of charm, fireplace, equipped kitchen, bathrooms, one with its bathtub are on the appointment. It also has 2 independent bedrooms upstairs which each have their own shower + WC for the greatest comfort of all.
The house has its own entrance. A large garden allows you to get some fresh air in peace.
Absolute tranquility guaranteed, view of the castle of Ronsard, the region offers you many treasures to occupy your days: visit the castles of the Loire, visit the cellars and independent winegrowers, stroll around the Chartre sur le Loir (shopping town), swim at the Marçon lake or at the municipal swimming pool of La Chartre sur le Loir (summer only), bike rides (2 adult bikes, 2 children are available). The town where our house is located will open a bakery this winter (2024). Fiber will allow you to enjoy multimedia leisure and/or telework.
The outbuilding of this house is rented out for the year but the 2 properties have their own entrance, their own garden.
Finally, the "greenway" will allow you to stroll with your family away from cars thanks to this old railway line transformed into a 35km of cycle path/walks. Want to go jogging? A dirt track sheltered from cars is accessible 200m away in the direction of the Chartre sur le Loir.
The outbuilding of this house is rented out all year round but the configuration of the accesses and the garden ensures total autonomy and tranquility without opposite.

Three bathrooms, one on the ground floor, perfect. Two bedrooms, though we only used one. The old stone walls were clean and electricity was ample. The warm decor was perfect. The yard is pretty and a short stroll to the boulanger highly recommend!
