Communal gîte in the village, upstairs: kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in each), shower room, oil-fired central heating included. Sheets provided free of charge. Gîte not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Sargé-sur-Braye is located in the heart of the Perche Vendômois region, known for its hills, woods, forests, groves, and sunken lanes. This gîte is perfect for those seeking nature! The Roussard gîte takes its name from the region's brown stone, which you can learn more about on the discovery trail starting from Sargé-sur-Braye. The village is crisscrossed by rural paths, most of which are reserved for horseback riding and hiking. Three châteaux are nearby in the countryside: Montmarin, Le Fief Corbin, and Les Radrets. The gîte is spacious and pleasant, perfect for a family.
