About this cottage rental
This beautiful, clean studio is located in Stuart, Florida. It is on a quiet, large private property located next to the main house. The cottage sets back on the property and is surrounded by a fenced yard and has its own private courtyard. Parking is at the front door of the cottage and there are no stairs to climb. Downtown Stuart is a 5 minute ride, the beaches are 10 minutes, and shopping and restaurants are close by and plentiful. The cottage is newly renovated and features a queen size bed, new air conditioning/ heat and rustic black walnut counters. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. There is an airport in Stuart and occasional plane sounds can be heard. The train tracks are about a mile away and some occasional train sounds can also be heard.

Perfect little cottage hide-a-way for my 4 day fishing trip. I was very surprised at the lay out of the cottage. It had everything I needed for my stay. Melinda & John are stellar host ! If this is what you’re looking for-Book it ! You will not be disappointed….

Host has done an excellent job of providing a unique and comfortable property, very clean, great parking and safe neighborhood centrally located to all venues. The Conch House and the host are exceptional. We will definitely use on our next stay in this area.
